excellence of design, and smooth construction of every project.

Planning and Pre-Construction Services
We will meet with you over the phone, on your site, at your home, or in our Bellingham office to discuss the scope of your project, explore your options and prepare preliminary budget figures to examine the feasibility. The scope of our work will determine the fee charged for the services.

Design
With the general outline of your project in place, we will guide you through the design process using our own resources, or refer you to a design or architecture professional. During this design process we will further expand on ideas, establish a working budget and prepare all the necessary documents for submission to local building authorities.

Construction
When your construction is ready to start our crew will begin our own on-site work and help with the co-ordination of all the other necessary sub-contractors. Our crew is experienced in all forms of rough and finished framing and carpentry, and is especially talented in the exacting craft of timber framing.

Timber Framing
Both traditional and contemporary styles of timber frame construction are specialties that are near and dear to each of us. We are always looking for innovative opportunities to incorporate timber framing into project designs. Each of our crew has a wealth of experience fabricating and installing timber frame packages on challenging construction sites.
